Programmes Offered:

Accelerate Orientation Trainee Programme:
- Duration: 1 year
- Overview: This programme provides candidates with valuable, hands-on experience in a hotel setting, helping them explore their suitability and enthusiasm for a career in hospitality. Completion of this orientation year is a requirement for entry into the full Accelerate Programme.
3-Year Accelerate Programme:
- Duration: 3 years
- Overview: Following the Orientation Trainee Programme, candidates may advance to the 3-Year Accelerate Programme, a comprehensive youth development programme focused on Hospitality Management or Professional Cookery. It combines practical training with academic development, laying a solid foundation for a long-term career in hospitality.

Program Objectives:

Provide immersive, practical training for youth interested in hospitality.
Foster strong engagement and growth within the hospitality sector.
Develop a skilled workforce equipped with both practical and academic foundations for career advancement.

Requirements:

Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen by birth.
Age: Between 18 and 22 years old; applicants should not turn 23 in the application year.
Education: Matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent (NQF Level 4 or NCV Level 4).
- Academic Performance: Must have passed all 7 Matric subjects, ideally with a minimum of 50% in each.
- Additional Requirements: Candidates with post-Matric qualifications (higher than NQF Level 4) are not eligible for consideration.
